Shipping Rates Rates for regular shipping (10 days) to Street addresses (will not ship to P.O. Boxes) in the United States are based upon the total cost of your merchandise. If your total is: Your shipping and handling is: $0 to $100.00 $8.95 $100.01 to $400.00 $11.95 $400.01 and up $13.95 There are express options available at an additional cost. These charges are in addition to the regular charges listed above: 3 day select for $5.00 extra (to AK and HI $10 extra); next day for $15.00 extra (not available to AK and HI). We are unable to ship to P.O. Box. Though most items are in stock, there may be a delay for an item. Please allow 4-6 weeks for backordered items. Refund Policy Refunds will appear as a credit to the same credit card account that you used to establish your purchase with Lake Oswego Jewelers and are typically processed within 30 business days. In your request, please specify the last 4 digits in the account number, and the expiration date of the credit card to be refunded. Item returned must be in original box and in the same condition as when it was shipped out to you. Shipping will not be included in the refund. We want you to be satisfied. Please return any item within 45 days from the ship date. We'll be glad to make an exchange (shipping charges may apply), credit your account or refund your payment. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. Please allow up to three weeks for processing from Lake Oswego Jewelers. |
